When do you Ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for books & merchandise to process and ship out.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays

 

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically as well as internationally. However, for all I international shipments (anywhere but Canada and the US) please contact us prior to placing the order.

How do you ship?

Most of our orders ship via UPS or USPS from Atlanta, G.A.  

  • Renita & Renata’s Book Collection is not responsible for replacements or refunds for lost, missing, stolen or delayed packages due to UPS or USPS, weather or incorrect address.

  • We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation.

  • Contact your local UPS or USPS for any lost, missing, stolen or delay packages. Please keep all tracking information which will be helpful for tracking the location of your orders

 

Rates to ship?

  • We charge a flat rate for shipping consisting of $3.99.  

  • Free shipping for orders over $35.00

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing our books & merchandise. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please read below for detailed information on our return & exchange policy.

 

Returns?

Unfortunately, Renita & Renata’s Book Collection, LLC does not offer refunds or returns.

 

Exchanges ( If applicable)?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. An exchange can only be made for the same item. All exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of purchased date.  Please contact us as soon a possible to arrange an exchange. Only exchanges that are agreed by our team  will be approved

     

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 5 business days for processing after we have received your item(s)

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a trackable source.

Things to include for return?

Once again. We only accept exchanges if our team has agreed to do so. Please provide the following information in your package:

  • Item(s) being exchanged

  • A copy of an email sent by our team stating that we will accept the exchange along with the number of items being exchanged.

  • A copy of your receipt
